Won't always sync or track sleep reliably

Sleep tracking inconsistent and only works intermittently. Have exhausted options with support, and sent to fitbit for exchange, but these seem to be very common problems, and if the next one is just as bad I'll be returning it. Very disappointed.

Not accurate with step count.

It would state I walked 1200 steps in a time period where I maybe walked 300. Not accurate and therefore a waste of money for me.
