Subscription service required, really???

When it is active, you have to pay for a premium subscription service to be able to use it (6 months of premium service are included with the purchase). Creating value worthy of a monthly fee is quite different then locking functions of purchased hardware. Wish I had investigated before buying.

Clearly stated to him that I was looking for a Fitbit/smart watch that had that specific capability, he tells me the Charge 5, yet when I look for it, it's not there. Speak to both Fitbit and their Geek Squad, only to told it'll be available as a download later with no ETA. Very displeased with this representation by Best Buy.
