The watch fell off and is gone. $180 down the drain. I wouldn't buy another fitbit product.

Overcounts steps by a lot, like orders of magnitude a lot. I've tried any number of fixes, wearing it different ways, etc., but the answer seems to be that it's often a problem with wrist-mounted fitness trackers. And yet so many people depend on them? Is it just by chance that they work with some metabolisms or movement styles but not others? . Had a FitBit One for a few years, it worked fine, but I didn't always have a pocket or place to carry/wear it. I liked the FitBit interface so thought I'd stay with FitBit. Big mistake.

This is my third Fitbit. Better readability than previous models, which were difficult to see in bright sunlight. I like the time/date screen and the ability to scroll easily to exercise tracking and other information. I haven’t used the payments or find phone features yet but that seems handy. Settings can be changed directly on the watch. I have sensitive skin and the band has not created any problems. It’s comfortable enough to wear at night for the sleep tracking feature. Overall, I’m very happy with this watch.

Battery does not last the 6 possibly days. Even with features turned off it last 4 days if that. Don't care for the EDA scan as my hand hurts after awkwardly holding the sides for 3 whole mintues.Works okay but grossly over counts steps.

Really love the concept of Fitbit, but dang, the span life of this purchase was 7 months and prior Fitbit purchase, well, not really good. I love the app, but with such prior disappointment, I think I’m done with it
