Difficulty syncing to phone. Will sync and resync over and over again.

I don’t like it much. Due to me getting COVID I was unable to return it before the deadline.

Battery barely makes it through a single day. That's with most of the features shut off.

i didn't care for this watch. it didn't have all of the features that my charge 4 had. the watch i purchased didn't keep a charge and the alarm i set for mornings would just turn off. i just must have gotten a defective watch because i do very much like the Fitbit watches and thought this one had as many features as my Charge 4 had.

The watch band is big and clunky and it did not make accurate count of my steps.

The watch was not compatible with my smart phone si I returned it.

I didn’t want to spend the money on an Apple Watch but think I might now. This is my second Fitbit and they both have the same issues. No matter what I try, texts won’t display on my watch. All I want is a simple notification but I don’t know why Fitbit has this issue. I also don’t like the infinity band.

I purchased a white fit bit on a pre Christmas sale for my wife. She preferred a black one over the white. We tried exchanging it and because the price went up they would not allow us to exchange a like for like exchange. As a result we took the refund and went somewhere else to buy the item.

Does not track my heart rate correctly so I returned the watch

The heart rate monitor is faulty so I don’t get my active zone minutes which in turn calories burned is way off. I communicated to Fitbit about this issue with no results. I would not recommend at all!

Very disappointed with Fitbit Charge 5. Battery drains in less then 24 hours if any features are turned on. I have had a Fibit 2 and 4 and was happy with them. So sorry I purchased the 5!

This is my third Fitbit and unfortunately it is a big DUD!!! It just does NOT count your steps. I've only had it for three months but I just found out it's only returnable for the frst two months. What a huge waste of money!

I really disliked this Fitbit model. It was a completely annoying experience. After 6 months it was useless. The customer service was horrible. I am completely satisfied with my Apple Watch. It is worth the price.

I am enjoying this product. I wanted something simple that could track my sleep and steps. I also love the free six month trial of fitbit premium. The product comes with two different size wrist bands. I'm giving four stars because sometimes I feel like the steps aren't completely accurate, but that's not really a big deal to me.

Not really serving anything that you need for sports or activities. Just mediocre and just not easy to use the screen. More for a teenager or kid. Not cute either.

Won't hold a charge for more than 24 hrs and that's if I can get it to charge at all. Worst activity tracker I have ever owned.

Sleep tracker doesn’t work. I read troubleshooting and did everything on my end, still won’t track sleep. I wore it for 14 days and it tracked 2 days.

Fitbit NOT usable due to need for Google Email address which I do not have. Going to bring it in for one last try with get Squad to get it to work. Will probably return for refund.

Has the same issues the older models do. They keep disconnecting and losing sync with the phone. I would not recommend buying this product.
