I really liked this Fitbit until 10 days ago when it stopped working essentially on the 1 year anniversary of when I bought it. Seems like a battery issue. At first stopped tracking steps, heart rate, calories, etc, but then progressed to not being able to hold a charge.

Still learning about what all my new Fitbit can do! Love the ease of connecting to my phone and the additional information it gives.

I bought this as a gift. But the feedback from the recipient is as follows: "I absolutely love it. The battery is long lasting and the fact that it went through the washing machine and still works like a charm is amazing".

Pretty great for the value! My main complaint is sometimes you get trapped in menus with no ways to know how to get out of them, and the terminology used is a bit hard to decipher. What are zone minutes? I also think that the battery charge capacity has started dropping after the most recent update in January of 2024.

I bought this Fitbit for my Mom and she absolutely loved it. It replace an older model that was no longer working. The device was easy to set up, looks stylish and has great features. I would recommend this product.

I like the device itself. But the design choices for the display are not very good. I went with the simplest one but I would think a big company like this could come up with better graphics. I had an Inspire before, so the band felt heavy as it is wider and more substantial. I ordered the band that has little holes in it and put it on today, I like it better now. It is lighter and breathes a bit. I thought this would have a lot more features than the Inspire but unless you get Premium service it's pretty much the same.

Excellent product. Perfect as a watch/sport and hybrid for those that want the best of both worlds but also without the distractions. Durable and the new band is much more efficient. The new display is a welcomed change.

Good, but not as good as the first Fitbit!

I like the Charge 5, however, my previous Fitbit was MUCH better than this one! This one does not buzz with the notifications and I have set it up and it constantly has issues with syncing and my other NEVER had any issues! All the extra info is really not that pertinent. I still like Fitbit better than others I have tried as a personal trainer I have had various kinds. Reasonably priced, but again not a good as my last one! Also, the new dial is NOT easy to read and too cramped together! Best Buy had a good price on this one so I am satisfied!

I’m giving it four stars because the charger for the plug has got a special end to the watch where if you lose it, you can’t grab another cord from anything else.

Replaced my Charge 4 with the Charge 5. This Fitbit is much easier to read than the 4. Graphics are very good. Easier to navigate. I purchased the 5 on sale and received a $30 trade in on my 4.

The watch is easy to use. The band is comfortable. The best thing is all of the information it gives you is very useful and helpful. The only thing I don't like is the payments feature, I don't want to pay with my watch, but that may be a selling point for someone else.

Love this and it's ability to be under water. There are many features to track heart rate, sleeping score, and automatic workouts. You can also upload new faces to personalize it. Good value and connects to the fitbit app conveniently and easy

The features are nothing new for the most part, but the display/touchscreen is much better. I'd buy a new wristband, though. The one they provide is basically garbage if you're wanting to wear it all day. However, it's fine if you just wear it to work out and/or swim.

I had only had this watch one week when it froze and I had to restart it many times to finally get it to download the information. I had read that this is a problem with the watch. I did buy insurance on it in case it freezes again. Otherwise, I love the display, and all the features about it.
