The Fitbit Charge 5 is a nice size with lots of options. Although the charge 5 failed after 1 month of using the Fitbit. Poor support you have to jump through many steps and they don’t specify each step clearly.

Love my charge 5. Have had a charge 3 for quite a long time and loved that also, but time and use started to show on some pixels. The charge 5 is slimmer and has a few extra features. When the price was reduced from the original asking price, I knew it was time. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchased.

Great Fitbit tracker in replacement of my Apple Watch. Charge last entire week

Purchased the watch about 2 years ago and is still working great. Looked at different available smartwatches. Having used iwatch for long knew what the purpose of smartwatch is and this fit perfectly in all the requirments.

My wife loves her fitbit. This is her second one, the first lasting for about five years. A lot has changed with the Charge 5, the greatest of which, for me, was the ease of setting this one up. The instructions were perfect and took just a few minutes and the setup was completely painless. The decrease in price was the second joy of this purchase.

Very lightweight, screen lights up great even to see on the sun. Automatic tracking works great.

Best part of the new fitbit watch is the ability to evaluate my sleep patterns. The report seems quite accurate.

Like the features and worked great. I lost the unit due to the band stretching and was not able to recover. No ways to lock out the device and anyone who finds can use it.

The battery was defective on the device so I had to contact Fitbit directly and they sent me a new one. The new one worked very well until it died a year and a half later when I took it swimming with me (in water lock mode). I had gone swimming with it to the same pool before without problems. I'm not sure what happened. For what I paid for it, I'd say it's an average purchase. It worked properly before it died but the lifetime should have been longer for me to give it more stars.

I really liked this Fitbit so far. Very simple and small. This is my 3rd Fitbit hope this one will work for longer.

This was the perfect gift for my boyfriend. It makes me feel better about his heart and we both enjoy knowing how many steps he has in his day. He really likes the message preview and calls being instant when he is working on a project. He can decide if it is necessary to be interrupted.
