Very happy with this so far. Still learning all it can do. Had to get a different watch band. The one that comes with it gave my wrist a rash.

Great battery, seems accurate. My issue is a common one according to others online and fitbit will not replace it becsuse it is one month shy of one year old. The plastic casing where the strap connects broke, which is a lnown issue with the watch. The band will not stay on as the plastic piece near the band is completely broken. Super dissatisfied as I really did not wear the watch very much at all.

Absolutely love my new Fitbit. Aesthetically sound with new features. Easy to configure the watch and app. The alerts remind me to stay active and to reach daily goals. Had to buy one for my mother. Battery does not last as long as older version; however it has more features than the older version. Have to charge at least once a week.

Its a great all aroind exercise and health tool, only thing is I hate sinilar to the charge 3, it cant detect when you're on the stairmaster or mechanical bike.

When I do the Interval training feature under exercise it stops after about 9:30 min. Don't know why it doesn't just track your calories, heart rate, etc. Instead it focuses on Zone minutes. Tracking your workouts is a little faulty in general. If you are tracking your workout you can't go back to the home screen, or any other screen, to use other features like timer or just see the time on the watch face. If you want to save some money its not a bad idea, but the apple watch I had beforehand made a lot more sense for tracking my training sessions.

Love the look of my Fitbit, but I'm still trying to figure out how a vigorous 5-mile morning walk burns 2,891 calories, but an equally-vigorous 7-mile morning walk 24 hours later only burns 2,626 calories. ??? ALSO, I can't figure out why Fitbit doesn't offer bands made of breathable, non-silicone material. I love the rash on my wrist.

Amazing monitor, it measures and tracks many vital signs that help evaluate your daily routine or extensive workout. I enjoy using it to track my swimming, it tracks laps, time distance and your vitals as well.

Works very well, very accurate with by showing me my health and whatnot

I upgraded from a Charge 4 and I'm glad I did. The display is brighter and has a better resolution. The EDA and ECG sensors are new with this model. Personalizing the Charge 5 seems easier through setting's options and navigating though the Charge 5 features is easier than with the Charge 4. The 5 touch screen works better than the 4 when exercising in the water.

I was very excited about purchasing this watch to replace my Garmin Vivosmart 4. However, I was rather disappointed with the battery life. I actually purchased two of these (Graphite and Platinum) and had issues with both. Watch seemed to drain in 2 or 3 days. I admit I didn't dive too much into the setting, but had uninstalled the SPO2 app and made sure the GPS was only using the phone. Admittedly, I'm purchasing this for a 3rd time and will mess with the setting more, contact Fitbit support, and live with the battery life as I do really like the thinner watchface, features, and strap style.

Was a last minute purchase due to previous fitbit breaking while on vacation. Love the new charge 5 it was for my wife and she likes it very much
