Purchased 3 fitbits from Best Buy. Was able to trade old for new. All were durable and were in great shape. Quality is excellent.

Sleep score not functioning

At first it worked well, but it stopped giving a sleep score. I am not sure why, but it is disappointing that the sleep feature is not working as advertised.

Great but buy a new strap

Bought replacement strap which fell off all the time. Lost it after 11 months. Worked good but functions slowed after six months like syncing. Felt like it was dying before I lost it. I bought a new one.

When I was looking for an update for me, the narrower profile and closer fit to my wrist makes it much more comfortable, and I don't knock it into things as much.
