I cannot review this Fitbit except based on other Fitbits I have owned. Those Fitbits were exactly as promised. They held a charge for an extended time and they performed very well. This fitbit was returned because I decided to purchase an Apple Watch.

Excellent fitness watch for the $$; Fitbit finally fixed the ban to be less troublesome. I've had Charge 3 and 4 before Great products for the money

Best sleep tracking. Solid battery lasts 5-6 days on one charge. Heart Rate Tracking is near perfect.

I love the brighter, more visible screen. I don't need my reading glasses to see it.

I like the waych, but the latch that holds the band on is already broken, less than 2 months after purchase. It clasps, but then falls off right afterwards.

Never wore a watch before my accident now part of my rehab is to exercise and this helps

I would not recommend buying a refurbished product from Best Buy. They sold me a refurbished Fitbit Charge 5 in which the battery died 3 weeks after I bought it. When I came back to return it, they told me it was outside of the return period but the product was still in warranty. When I called Fitbit to return this still under warranty product, I was informed that the original connection date was 3 years prior (which I verified inside the device, which still worked only while plugged into the charger). The warranty period for a Fitbit is 1 year. Best Buy lied to me and sold me a faulty product. Will not trust them again.

I was an apple watch user and was looking for something simpler. Tracks just what I needs. No extras, no fuss and very reasonably priced.

This is my third Fitbit almost purchased Apple Watch but gave Fitbit another chance because of price. Like that it keeps charge for about one week. Really liked the blue color of my charge 3 wish that color would come back

Gave to a friend with COPD who finds this little unit invaluable for monitoring blood oxygen among the other features it has including the mobile app.

Smart looking and easy to set up. Disappointed that the Charge 5 no longer counts floors.

Bought this for my FIL who isn't great with technology but he really liked it showing his biking workouts. He jumped in the pool with it on though and it stopped working even though its suppose to be water proof.

This is one of the best fitness trackers with GPS and it’s lightweight

Purchased this as a gift and they really liked it. Enjoyed the set-up and features.

Received this for Christmas and so very glad because my old Fitbit 2 died on Christmas and the band broke off at the connector. So far, everything is working without any issues.
