Over sold on features. Why would Fitbit limit this product to only One email account notification! I have 4 email addresses from different providers. My Galaxy devices and Amazfit smart watches work great.

Good fitbit charge 5. But only lacks in touch performance after long use.

I like it. My only complaint is I was initially sold a used open box item even tho I paid for a new one. This is the second time in 2 years I picked up a new purchase and was given an open box item. It's becoming very suspect.

If mom loves it, i love it. Pretty fancy looking is a plus.

I did have to replace it once. But customer service was really good and replaced it for no charge. It works really well. And other than that I have had no real problems with it.

Great watch. Works for what I intended to use it for

My wife and I bought this for my mother-in-law. So far she hasn't had any real issue with it and loves the health monitoring features it provides. Like any Fitbit, the steps recorded can be skewed at times and according to Fitbit their heart monitor and Oxygen level monitoring shouldn't take the place of precise medical equipment and medical advice of your physician and other specialist but does help with alerting the wearer of potential health issues and helpful trends to show progress and any need of improvement. I personally love the color display and easy-to-read display and the overall look and feel of the watch along with its many helpful features.

Had the Fitbit charge 3 and was ready for a new one and am not disappointed with the charge 5.

This item was a tough choice between it and an Apple Watch but the seven day battery and slim appearance is much easier to sleep with if you want to track all your health metrics I have not had any issues and have been highly impressed by this item as it works perfectly for my needs

Absolutely love this Fitbit! I've always purchased. Fitbit Brand trackers. This one is a lil wider than the ones I normally use but that's ok. Love that I can wear it in the shower or swimming. The battery is also long lasting. I purchased screen protectors for it on Amazon.

Got this for my wife and she loves it. It does everything she wants to monitor

securing watch band takes a little getting used to

The watch works great, but multiple people have battery issues withing a year of usage. The watches no longer hold charge not matter what settings are enabled.

Its fulfilling it functions so far. I'm learning about it features daily.
