    The watch works great, but multiple people have battery issues withing a year of usage. The watches no longer hold charge not matter what settings are enabled.

    I had to use the protection not long ago for my Charger 5. I had no problems replacing the defective Charger 5.

    FitBit Charge 5 works great. I don't use it when I sleep. I use the pedometer, watch and heart momitor for pulse
