Don't waste your money

I tried resetting it and everything. Then a couple months after that replacement it happened again. Not sure what's up with this model, but it seems to be a common issue.

Horrible product, bad battery life, Fitbit no good

FITBIT KNOWS THIS WATCH MODEL IS TRASH BUT WONT DO ANYTHING AND KEEPS SELLING THEM. STICK TO THE FITBIT CHARGE 4, AS IT KEEPS A CHARGE FOR AROUND 6 DAYS. The band that comes with the watch, will burn your skin, chemical burns from the plastic is no fun and can really hurt you.

Better than Charge 4

My only dislike is it is difficult to see how much charge is left on the screen. The Charge 5 has a slimmer profile and in the gold a better appearance. Battery life is longer. I found it more comfortable than Charge 4.

This was a replacement for my ionic which was recalled for safety reasons (I had no problem with mine and I loved that one too). Charge 5 is light, has capabilities I want and is very comfortable. Would recommend.

The display is large and colorful enough for easy visibility in all conditions. The data gathered not only helps her assess her performance, but also motivates her to stay on task and keep progressing. She loves it!

Plus it was still smaller than most of fit watches available and she didn't want a large dial on her wrist. Overall, it has worked out quite well giving her a lot of data.
