I don't like that the company upgrades the software every 18 months and so you are forced to buy a new Fitbit. I bought the 2 year warranty as I know this will not work in 18 months. This is my 4th Fitbit and I hope the company stops doing the wacky things to make you get a new one when you otherwise would not need to spend $150

I'm hoping this one lasts longer than that. The Charge 6's UI is great, very easy to use. The new band color is nice (a bit more orange than it appears on the picture). The fit and comfort is great as well.
