I had a charge 5 for a few years which worked well until the screen stoped working. The 6 has a small button on the side that allows you to turn the screen on if it doesn't come on automatically. I think this is an improvement. I mostly use it for a quick look at the time and to measure daily steps and distance walking on a hike. That works great.

I purchased the Charge 6 because we had a walking challenge at work, and let's face it, I need to lose the weight. I am not a watch wearer, but now I feel naked without it. It is a wonderful accessory for anyone. I can count step, check heart rate, etc. It's fashionable too! And the battery lasts about a week! Get it! It's great!

It’s everything I was looking for in a Fitbit. It counts my steps, calories burned, and has a few features that I wasn’t expecting a Fitbit to have. I can go a few days without charging it before it dies.

This is as simple as it gets for a fitness tracker. I tried the Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) and I ended up returning it for this. The battery charges faster and last longer when compared to the SE. I just need to track my sleep, heart rate, steps, and workouts. It comes with the ECG and Oxygen sensors as a bonus, which the SE does not.

Works great for a simple and small fitness tracker. In my oppinion, its better than the charge 3 because you can get GPS updates without pulling out your phone. I am having to charge it every 3-5 days

I like the new design and how easy it us to access my info from the app as well as my watch. Very stylish and not too large on my wrist. Would definitely recommend!

Love my Fitbit, I bought my Charge 5 with insurance. It conked out a year into the 2years. I bought the 6 cause I didn't want to give up logging my steps while I waited for a replacement. But thankfully the Charge 5 came soon. So I switched back to Charge 5 for now, but am keeping this Charge 6 and will happily move to 6 when the 5 goes. They were really responsive when I put the claim in and sent the replacement dongle very quickly. So I highly recommend the insurance when you buy. Actually, I can switch back and forth I think because they are different colors and bands. The battery life on the Charge 6 is better it seems. Anyway I love it.

I am really enjoying using this Fitbit Charge 6. It has been simple to set up and use. I have found it to be very intuitive. In addition, it is providing the exact metrics I was hoping to be able to track. I have been especially pleased with the sleep tracking and readiness score data. I have also been using its Google Wallet and text message functions. It is very easy to swap bands to different colors and styles.

My Charge 3 stopped working. I was so sad. I looked at all the Fitbit watches available. I chose this one for all its features. Have not been disappointed. The only thing I am not fond of is how the watchband works, but is not a game changer.

Bought this for my husband as he is finally on the fitness wagon with me. This watch keeps track of everything needed that is a necessity when tracking steps, time, pulse, calories burnt and more. This watch is slimmer which is idel for my husband as he does no care for the bulkier watches.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. The Charge 6 uses the same physical design of the Charge 5 while adding a haptic button like what the Charge 4 had. It is lower profile/slimmer than the Charge 4, which is nice for sleep tracking as it is not uncomfortable to wear when your arm is crammed beneath a pillow. Google Maps integration is nice, if gimmicky, but is mainly useful for exercise routes, not for driving in a car. I have noticed that the watch will vibrate when your direction changes to the next step instead of vibrating right before you are about to change direction (if that makes sense). The reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is that I have yet to test the GPS accuracy while exercising and accurately measuring heart rate. The Charge 5 had an issue where you could get either accurate GPS tracking OR accurate heart rate monitoring, but not both due to poor design. To get good heart rate monitoring, the device needs to be close to your skin, which prevented the GPS from getting a good signal. Otherwise the device comes with the usual behaviors and integrations of previous generations of Charge devices, which at this point are fairly robust and work reliably. If you can get it on sale, it is definitely worth the price.

My Fitbit Charge 5 quit working in under 3 years. I wasn't going to buy another Fitbit but after 7 months of my Aria not syncing because of not having a Fitbit, I bought the 6. So far so good with it. I did sign up for the free 6 months of Fitbit Premium and got my confirmation email, but it never showed up in my app. I had to search to find where my payment info was and canceled Premium. I wasn't going to get charged for something that wasn't in the app.

Good: optional GPS or GPS through BT & phone. Great for saving battery. Love the 5-6 day battery life and the much improved brightness. Sad: This version dropped the steps, which I found very useful Aggravating: I’ve been a long time Fitbit user and they each last 1.5 - 2 years before something stops working and I’m forced to buy a new one.

Bought the Fitbit Charge 6 after I retired my Fitbit Luxe. I have small wrists so I always prefer the slimmer designs on fitness trackers. Fitbit is really the only brand I'll go with because of their slimmer design options. The Fitbit Charge 6 has been an excellent fitness tracker so far. Battery life has been excellent. The original bands are a bit wide to my liking, but you can easily find slimmer designs on third-party sites.

Its been everything my family wants without excess. For us, the most important things for this to do are : - be comfortable - track our heart rate - track our workouts It fills all these needs at what we feel is a great price. There are extra features that could be useful that we havent plsyed with yet (the option to control youtube music) Bought one for myself and highly recommended one for my mom too. Its been great to both of us aftet upgrading from our previous versions.

Replaces my Inspire 2. Good, simple tracker for the price. Lower profile on the wrist is a good design; comfortable band. Tracks different exercises on the wrist (as opposed to only in the app). Haven't used all the features yet. Battery lasts about 7 days before recharging. Difficult to rate durability because I haven't had it long. My other Fitbits lasted about 2 years each.
