I had trouble syncing it with my iPhone but Customer Support was able to fix that. My only issue is that there’s almost no overlap between the two watch bands and I’m right in between. The short one is barely too short and the long one is so long is has enormous overlap around my wrist. But as far as doing what it says, Fitbit is great!

Beginner friendly and would recommend for beginners to the fitness tracking watch community, but not for anyone else. Built in gps is okay, work out tracking is for the most part accurate, but step count can be a little inaccurate at times. Short battery life but great app and UI that saves its appeal. A little pricey for the lack of depth for your features especially in the workout analytics department unfortunately. Still a recommendable product though

Great health tracker

Do Not Buy For Swimming!!!

My experience was that it turned off about 2 minutes into my swim workout (which turns on water lock and supposedly protects it) and wouldn't come back on until about 15 minutes after I was done swimming. No data recorded from swimming for 40 minutes. Also, it constantly had error messages when trying to connect to Youtube Music and Google Maps. Sometimes it would not open at all and it would say set up needed to be completed. Sometimes it would say phone not found - when it had just synced to the phone. It was a super annoying gadget and not worth the irritation
