    Convenient and easy to read. I have had several fitbits, I am hard on them and they do eventually get too beat up, but I prefer the app's interface to other brands.

    This product started out as an exceptional solution, exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding value. Its initial performance made it feel indispensable. However, over time, its reliability and effectiveness diminished, and the features that once made it great became less impactful or problematic. What once stood as a remarkable and highly recommended option eventually fell short of its promise

      Hi there, JonathanD. While we’re glad you initially enjoyed the Charge 6, we’re sorry to hear you’re running into problems over time — that should not be happening. A quick restart can help with this:

      1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
      2. Tap the Settings app > Restart Device > Restart.

      If your device is unresponsive:
      1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
      2.Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
