This Fitbit step tracker is great. What wasn't great was when I called BestBuy because I was told when I purchased the tracker that if I found it on Amazon priced less I could call BestBuy and they would make up the difference. On the call I was told to log in to some site and the person supposedly helping me kept telling me to click on something that wasn't even on the site. He was extremely rude to me and kept telling me I was doing something wrong, which was not the case. Everything he said to click on was not even on the page. I got very frustrated and hung up on him. My husband had to call back and tell him he shouldn't have been so rude to me. We eventually were able to connect with a helpful person who said of course they could give us the refund and it had nothing to do with going on that site the first man wanted me to do. Just thought you'd want to know how badly I was treated.

So far, it has been everything i want. Something simple and elegant, does not get in the way, long battery life, and tracks my vitals quite accurately.

Long time Fitbit user and very happy with the Charge 6 version. Sleek design and comfortable to wear even on hot summer days. The Fitbit app helps me keep aware of sleep, steps, heart rate and other health metrics.

I just wanted a simple health tracker, with few but key bells and whistles. It measures my steps and miles. Heart rate, calories Tracks sleep, Reminds me to stand, alerts me to phone calls and messages when away from phone. It does more, but those are the main features. Love the long battery life. I charge it once every 5 days

Much more than a “step counter.”

I’ve been using Fitbits for years. Got this so I could still get a Fitbit before Google stopped producing them. The HR monitor is accurate. Has more “bells & whistles” than my Charge 5. Definitely recommend this for anyone - even if your only exercise is walking!

The fitbit is easy to use and relatively inexpensive. It only has to be charged once a week or so. It is glitchy, though, whenever updates are needed, and often I have to spend time going though restarting processes, sometimes even calling the Fitbit help services. This issue has been going on with Fitbits for all of the 8 years I have used them, but, honestly, it compares well to my Apple watch in many ways, though, obviously, it does not do all the things an Apple watch can do. ( I wear both every day.)

I bought this Fitbit to replace my Charge 5 that stopped working. It is easy to use, has a great display, and the battery life lasts a long time. I did not want a watch that could make phone calls. The Fitbit displays when a phone call is coming in as well as text messages. This allows me at a glance to see if there is something I need to attend to right away or not.

My work pays for a fitness tracker once every two years and this fit in our budget. Does everything I was looking for as a tracker and had some bells and whistles that are good for my needs. Battery has lasted over a week every charge. The screen is really bright and would like if it turned down at night, but that’s my only complaint.

I purchased the Fitbit for my mother to help her track her activity. She loves that it tracks her steps and sleep. It's great for motivating her to meet her daily step goal. It seems to keep better track of steps than my iWatch (it's an older model). Charging is every 2-3 days.

Battery lasts me roughly a week at a time, calorie count seems to be fairly accurate, usually undercutting slightly during exercise but I do suspect overall it over counts bmr by a bit. Its pretty comfortable for the most part but every once in a while I have to adjust it constantly and eventually just have to take a break from it for a few hours, but this is normally after wearing it for several days straight, only taking it off to make sure its clean and to shower. Havent really had anything happen to test the durability much but I have smacked it into a few things and the watch itself is still spotless. Seems to be built from decent quality materials, and overall I am happy with it. More options for watch faces would be nice.

I like the fit of the Charge family devices (I've had a Charge 5 and now this 6). I have a small wrist and they work well. The 6 does seem to give better heart rate data then the 5 (they advertise this as a feature). I liked the older version of their app more, but it is what it is. These devices take a surprisingly long time to synch in the morning... 30 seconds to a minute . I still wonder about the accuracy, and thus value, of any the sleep info... Kind of like... no way did I have zero deep and zero REM sleep yesterday, but that's what is reported or waking from a dream and seeing you had no REM sleep last night. Huh. The charge lasts 3-5 days if I don't use GPS. The price is not bad, but I did buy a smart watch from Garmin... the Vivoactive 5 to see if a fuller feature set 'watch' would work better than the Charge 6 'fitness tracker'. We shall see after Christmas.

Great fitness tracker. ECG is a little finicky but otherwise it’s a good way to keep track of everything. Good size if you like wearing a real watch on same wrist. I would opt for other bands. Especially if you have a large wrist
