Excellent, sleek product that is great for the price.

I like that I don't have to charge this everyday. I like that can see heartrate, calories and other things.

I was having heart palpitations and this little life saver sent a report to me so my doctor could diagnose me super quickly and saved my life!

It was purchased for a teenager who is currently mindful of their health. It was easy to use and set up for him.

I really like how I can read the face, even in bright sunlight. My other fitbits were hard to read. The only thing I didn't like was the band and that was easy to fix by just buying a different band.

I have owned Fitbit's for years. They are simplistic by design and will track steps/sleep/heart rate etc... Nothing fancy and does not have a lot of useless apps loaded in the tracker.

This is my 4th fitbit Charge. I love the information contained on the unit, I love the size and versatility of the unit. The only disappointment associated with the unit is it durability. For me they last about 1 year, which is very disappointing.

While upgrading is not always fun this was a good purchase

Product is good, the band chafes, so I had to replace it. Pretty accurate for the price, and I forget I have it on a lot of the time.

I am sure that the product was good, because I have had good luck personally with Fitbit, but this was purchased as a corporate gift. I would have to give Best Buy, rather their local network of local delivery drivers/resulting service...only one star. I told BB multiple times our biz doors shut at 5pm. Apparently the local delivery person found an open door to our warehouse and left in one of our warehouse manager's offices....that is where the 'its here photo' ended up being taken, It took us 4 days to track it down! This issue caused me to seek other sources for my next tech gift.

I love this. Does exactly what I wanted without the big price tag.

Great addition to help with getting healthy. Love that it also helps me track sleep as well. So far, really liking it, although, I do think I need to get a bigger band for it as the one that comes with it seems just a little tight on the loosest setting - and I wouldn't say I have overly large wrists...

Not a bad watch to count steps, but you have to cut 1000 of the steps a day because just moving your arms around counts as steps. It does last for like 4 days until the battery gets low and it charges relatively quickly as well

I have only had my charge 6 for one week, but I like it so far. This is my first Fitbit, as I previously had two Garmin fitness trackers. The charge 6 is very comfortable and easy to use. My only complaint is that the screen doesn't always come on when I turn my wrist or when I double tap it.

Love it battery last forever cannot ask for a better tracker

I have been a Fitbit user from the beginning. My most recent Fitbit was the Charge 5, which was an improvement with a screen you could actually see in day light. I was hoping the Charge 6 would fix some quirks that plagued the 5, but nope, the 6 is virtually no improvement. Still no faces that are more useful or interesting, limiting customization on items. And, Fitbit is now owned by Google, who never met any data they didn't want to sell. Hard pass.
