While i wouldnt call this a bad device, the battery life is not great. If i had the AOD feature turned on, my battery would only last two days. The maps integration is neat, though turn by turn notifications were always delayed and I would often get a buzz on the wrist when I was at or past a given turn. Music controls feel clumsy and require several taps to use. Google pay works, but requires a passcode which is also very awkward to input. It’s not a BAD device, but the execution is lacking.

Great product at a competitive price point. All the functionality from prior models with several new features to separate it from the competition. The O² monitor is a huge plus!

Works as advertised, new and improved over the previous versions. Sleep monitoring is quite helpful.

Bought this for my husband at Christmas and he loves it!! He has a large wrist and the band actually fit him perfectly! He is now able to keep up with all of his activity !!

I have been using fitbit's for years. So far so good. It's comfortable to wear and is tracking well. Only suggestion is a different band. I like the older bands better.

Had gotten this for my girlfriend as a gift and she loved it! Does everything she needed it too and helps her keep track of her water intake, counts steps and so much more!

This is my second Charge 5….syncs well with my iPhone to report my steps, etc. Being visually impaired I rely on the Charge 5 & iPhone working together to keep me informed.

Fitbits don't last forever. This is my 3rd. Had the past 2 generations. This is the best so far but battery life the worst.

I had fitbit 4 and this is an awesome upgrade , while i get Professional assistance and quick response in store for some clarifications

It was great while it lasted, but that was a very short period of time! My husband bought this as a replacement for one that he got less than a year ago when it stopped holding a charge a few weeks ago, and then he had to replace this one yesterday after the screen stopped functioning for no reason. We moved to a different Fitbit style and are crossing our fingers that it's a bit more durable!

It perfectly tracks everything i wanted it to. It makes keeping track of my exercises easy and the partnered app makes keeping track of my meals a breeze.

Bought this for boyfriend and he wears it everyday

Works very nice. My son loved it. I even recommended it to my cousin who started using it for his sleep monitoring and step counting.

All the features of a Fitbit with the added functionality of a smartwatch, and in a more streamlined smaller face for those of us who have smaller wrists.

SETTINGS NOT EASY TO SET. NOT CONSISTENT WITH OTHER FITBITS.
