Quick service and spot on pricing I think the most umpressive is the Best Buy section of Fitbits.

I bought this for myself and I love it so much more than my apple watch. If you're more focused on fitness then fitbit is more ideal to track steps, calories, sleep, etc!

It’s a great product. All features are very useful and precise.

Its fine. It's pretty much just like the Charge 5 with a few more features, but the battery life sucks.

I have try other brands, nothing like the fitbit, it’s the most accurate and precise, definitely worth it.

Love it so far! After my old Sense bit the dust, I'm happy to stay with the Fitbit family. I like having the smaller footprint, but I do miss having the bigger screen.

I appreciate the step counts and heart rate info, but the sleep count is way off and the device is awkward to use, and often gets stuck on various options.

This is my 3rd Fitbit. I like that is so easy to figure new features out.

I really wanted to like this tracker, but it has been a disappointing experience. If you are an iPhone user, be aware that syncing data with Apple Health is a major pain. It requires third-party apps to make the Google and Apple ecosystems talk to each other, which is far from seamless. Additionally, the display functionality is frustrating. The screen often fails to activate when I turn my wrist, making it unreliable for a quick glance. To fix this, I tried using the Always-On Display, but it drains the battery far too quickly to be practical. Overall, it's not the best experience for the price. Unfortunately BestBuy did not help either by highlighting any of these issues, they simply said FitBit has an app on the iphone, and when i tried to return they have a 15 day policy that I missed by a few days, and the support team on Chat completely ghosted me for hours, Very disappointing experience with the device and the Support team

I like my new Fitbit for it's wearability, the easy access to the programs it offers and it's smart design.

Very nice watch,replacing a charge 4. More features,longer charge,bright clear screen,easy to read. Love it!

Was impressed by the ECG function which works if you sit still and place two fingers on the watch head. Also, didn't realize that it connects charges wirelessly (it's a magnet that snaps into place) Overall not a bad purchase if any of its features interest you. It's also a watch.

Great addition to monitoring your workouts and steps. Easy to use and readable screen. Love it.

Great battery life, records all the same stuff as my old Samsung Galaxy Watch5 but out performs in everyway

I’m please with the Charge 6. Although I’m pleased, there are minimal upgrades from the Charge 5. Also, I’ve seen no improvements in length of time between charges.
