Bought my Fitbit in February 2024. In November 2024 it stopped pairing with my Samsung phone. Brought it to Best Buy Kenosha, they couldn't get it to work. The employee said that the product often doesn't last that long. Would not buy again.

Hey there, WilliamK. Sorry to hear you’ve experienced pairing issues with the Charge 6 — that isn’t normal. Here’s some steps to get your device paired and running smooth again:

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
      2. Remove your Fitbit device from your account and phone
      3. Check your phone’s Bluetooth and internet access

DO NOT BUY FOR TEENS! Fitbit used to allow teens over 13 to have their own accounts but now that Google has acquired Fitbit the rules have changed. My 15 year old is apparently only allowed to use a Fitbit Ace. Spent the whole afternoon trying to make it work but it's just not possible.

Hi, KrisA. We're sorry to hear that you're unable to create a standard account for your teen child. Similar to many online services, our Terms of Service don't allow customers who are under the minimum age to create standard Fitbit accounts. The minimum age is 13 (customers in the EU may have different minimum age guidelines based on their country). Does not pair with iPhone 15 Pro Max

I purchased a Charge 6. Spent 2 hours trying to pair it with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Impossible to pair with an iPhone as it keeps aborting during connection. I returned it, and got a replacement Charge 6. Same problem and it never paired with my iPhone that works great with everything else. Returning this 2nd piece of crap device back to store tomorrow. It is not worth even the $99 black friday sale price.

Zero stars isn’t an Orion! Bought it in 11/2023. In 1/2024 the screen went black. I received a new one under warranty. The Second one just failed, this time a battery issue (apparently). Once again I’ll get a replacement under warranty terms but what I really want is a reliable product. This will be my last Fitbit.

2 weeks after purchase device would randomly vibrate with google wallet notifications even though all notifications disabled. Reset and factory reset had no effect. Problem quickly deteriorated to near constant google wallet notifications to the point that access and control to screen was impossible. Online forums suggest this is a not uncommon complain.

Hi there, Lynn. We’re sorry to hear your Charge 6 has not lasted as long as anticipated. If you haven't used the device for several months or your device’s battery was depleted to 0%, and it doesn’t appear to be charging, leave your device charging for at least 30 minutes to resolve the issue.

Hi there, MarkG. We’re sorry you're having problems with syncing on your Charge 6. A quick restart can normally solve these issues — here’s how to do that:

      To restart your Fitbit device:
      1. Locate the Settings app.
      2. Tap Settings, then Restart Device, then Restart.

      If your device is unresponsive:
      1. Plug in your device to charge.
      2. Press the button on the charger's flat end 3 times with 1-second pauses.
      3. Wait 10 seconds, or until the logo appears.
