I had to ask the front to find someone. He did not offer me protection plan, did not review with me my options for other products and he gave me the impression that I was bothering him.

Love it!

The larger font size is perfect for someone her age. She tracks her steps everyday and loves using it as a watch too!

Works okay, pairing sucks

Apparently, if you spend two days following all the instructions and tips from FitBit, fail, cuss a blue streak and throw the unit onto the kitchen counter, it will randomly pair a couple hours later when you drop an NEC code book on it.

The device that has limited life
