Have been wearing my Fitbit since purchased. Love it! It keeps track of everything I need to know and gives me reminders which is a great help.

I really enjoy this band. If it would have universal control over audio and a beep/sound alert available it would make it a 5 star product and for the price i believe the $160 is too high but someone who gets it in a BF deal it is an absolute buy.

Decided to upgrade from my old Fitbit charger. As a “seasoned” person I found it challenging to get it set up and running. Battery life is not stellar as indicated because I like face illuminated at all times.

Excellent tracking and notification system. Works well with my android phone and apps. Auto detects when I am in a workout and begins tracking immediately.

Works very well for my wife who is technologically challenged. She is able to do everything she needs with it, especially getting notifications of calls and texts.

I like design of Fitbit, comfortable to sleep in. I love the stats that it supplies without purchasing the Extended Version.

One of the best purchases I have made in the last couple months. It seems very accurate from all the calculations I have made. Step counting could be a bit off but when you compare it to apple it’s similar. I’m a very simplistic person so it is perfect for me.

It's fine, I upgraded from a Charge 4. Does what it's supposed to do. When I first got it, there was a slight learning curve since it had more Google integration. It was not difficult at all though.

Fitbits only seem to last a year or less. They need to up their quality.

Stopped working after 1 year, also doesn't seem to be accurate when tracking steps

It's easy to read and gives you good accurate results.

The BestBuy experience was perfect; convenient and super customer-friendly. The Fitbit itself is good but there are some shortcomings I didn’t expect (inaccurate reads and incomplete data). I would wholeheartedly recommend bestbuy but might suggest more product research.

Works well like all fitbits. Battery life seems to be much less than my Charge 2 - probably charging twice as often.

Replaced 6 year old charge 2, hope it lasts as long

I bought it as a gift for my husband, He loveds it.

I upgrade from a charge 2 so I am very impressed with this tracker. The only issue I have is it does not stay connected to Bluetooth all the time. Also it has ever been that good but the notifications are hit or miss at times but overall I would definitely recommend this tracker.
