Won’t stay connected to my phone the Bluetooth does not work well. Not a big fan of the band it chaffs my wrist pretty bad next one will be a I watch.

never thought i needed a smart watch/band but this one changed my mind, all the insightful information that gives you is really helpful.

Good tracker, its been an upgrade since the previous generation. Definitely an unpfrade.

It does a great job at being a fitness traker. I usually perfer to use actual watches except when working out

Seems to be working well. Wasnt able to get the screen protector on right, Bu that doesnt bother the function and easy to read screen

It’s all good but the pedometer glitches sometimes and need to have premium membership to unlock some usefull features

Love the new upgrade to the Fitbit Charge 6. Love that with every other service it also finds my phone!

So far so good, has been reliable. Have not yet used all of its features.

I replaced my Charge 5 with the Charge 6. I need to check my heart rate while I'm exercising. This was never a problem with the 5 but the 6 only shows 2 dashes where the heart rate is supposed to be over 50% of the time. Also, there is a known problem with the Oxygen app. It is installed, but in the morning, when it is supposed to show my average overnight oxygen level, it says I need to install the app to use the feature

Hopefully it lasts longer than the Charge 5. Fitbit needs to work on longevity of their products.

Fitbit fan, gifted this as a Christmas present and she hasn't received nor open it uet. Tbis was to replace the old Fitbit.

Good tracker !! However it doesn’t keep track of stair flights and print on tracker, especially % is tiny

I purchased this for my wife so she could count her steps after hip surgery. I soon realized there is no pleasing her and she could not get it to work. When she realized it needed a password, her head spun 360 degrees… and she projectile vomited… So I took it back. All in all, it was a good experience… Thank You..

Love this Fitbit, wear it all the time and hardly taking it off. Very Comfortable and light weight.

The tracker was defective and i returned it. After soeaking to Fitbit customer service, the agent recommended i return for another device. I opted to return the device after being totaly frustrated with the Charge 6 performance after a day. My Charge 4 which i also purchased at Best Buy was a plug and go. This Charge 6 had an immediate battery drain of 25 % the first day and all settings that would have impacted the battery's device, were turned off. The Fitbit app was also not working at all and i was unable to customize the clockfaces. The screen wiuld hanh after selecting customize. I tried everything. Reinstalling the app three times. Restarting the device by a factory reset. Restarting the device with the charging cable. I spent my entire Sunday trying to get this device working properly, and i just had to stoo and say no more! My Charge 4 is still working so i am using it again but without the wrist band since it broke a few months back Needless to say i wanted a new device to wear on my wrist. I waited months for the Charge 6 and i was unlucky and got a dud.

Love it. This was a very good purchase with quick delivery. I am happy.

For the money it's amazing, but if need something more premium then this is not the one.

Very good Fitbit never disappoint. I will recommend this brand anyday.
