I notice it’s counting things like piano playing and typing which are pretty sedentary activities. I have to remember to take it off when I’m practicing piano.

Arm movements from desk work, cooking, or similar activities can sometimes add a few steps, often giving credit for the brief walking that typically occurs between stationary periods. Only issue I have is when I flip my wrist, the sceeen does not waken quickly. I have to flip my wrist several times to awaken. Doeihappen most times though.

I primarily use this for low impact exercise (mainly walking and light jogging), but like that notifications are sent if normal health patterns are out of range.
