I purchased this for my wife so she could count her steps after hip surgery. I soon realized there is no pleasing her and she could not get it to work. When she realized it needed a password, her head spun 360 degrees… and she projectile vomited… So I took it back. All in all, it was a good experience… Thank You..

Had problems with Google connections and returned and went back to Charge 5.

The tracker was defective and i returned it. After soeaking to Fitbit customer service, the agent recommended i return for another device. I opted to return the device after being totaly frustrated with the Charge 6 performance after a day. My Charge 4 which i also purchased at Best Buy was a plug and go. This Charge 6 had an immediate battery drain of 25 % the first day and all settings that would have impacted the battery's device, were turned off. The Fitbit app was also not working at all and i was unable to customize the clockfaces. The screen wiuld hanh after selecting customize. I tried everything. Reinstalling the app three times. Restarting the device by a factory reset. Restarting the device with the charging cable. I spent my entire Sunday trying to get this device working properly, and i just had to stoo and say no more! My Charge 4 is still working so i am using it again but without the wrist band since it broke a few months back Needless to say i wanted a new device to wear on my wrist. I waited months for the Charge 6 and i was unlucky and got a dud.

Love this Fitbit, wear it all the time and hardly taking it off. Very Comfortable and light weight.

Bought this as a gift for my mom, she loves fitbits and this is a great update to her Fitbit charge 2.

Great fitness tracker. Only negative is that it does not monitor steps. Size of script can be a problem at times

Not intuitive after using a Charge 2, whose battery will soon die . I don’t care for the new strap design, either. Glad I bought it on sale.

It was great while it lasted, but that was a very short period of time! My husband bought this as a replacement for one that he got less than a year ago when it stopped holding a charge a few weeks ago, and then he had to replace this one yesterday after the screen stopped functioning for no reason. We moved to a different Fitbit style and are crossing our fingers that it's a bit more durable!

For the money it's amazing, but if need something more premium then this is not the one.

I wish that the date was on top, not the heart rate.

Works OK but required a new cell phone. Would have been nice to be able to download from a computer makes more sense!!!

Sometimes steps are over calculated. Didnt see much features update as compared to old models

This Fitbit fitness tracker is exactly what I was looking for and Bestbuy had a great price.

Didn’t realize that you had to pay to get all The fitness and health tracker information otherwise I really like the color it seems to work well my old one that broke had it for years got all that information for free.

Time display too large. Other items too small. Ideally, steps, distance, pulse should be easy to read

This is a nice upgrade from the Charge 5. The ability to control Youtube Music makes it really nice.
