The watch is not too big. I like the size od the displays.

The first few days trying to use this have been super frustrating... Defaults are very annoying (e.g., lights up when trying to sleep, vibrates every minute when you're walking), and trying to customize, set up, and work out how to do what should be things simple things like start a treadmill run are all far more painful than they should be. Immensely better experience with a $40 imitation (Xiaomi), which was also more functional and let you control spotify, etc.

I love the features of the fitbit. I hate how they fail regularly after 6 months use.

I previously had an apple watch but switched to android and needed a new tracker. I tried this out and gave it a few days and just wasnt impressed. I think i am going back to casio watches till i can find an android smartwatch i enjoy

This isn’t as great as I’d hoped. I’ve had older, cheaper Fitbits that worked better. This continuously drops off Bluetooth and the battery charge only lasts about 4 days.

Useful, but lacks easy to use features. Unfortunately it doesn’t pair with the health app on my iPhone

It works fairly well. I like the features on it but the Youtube Music integration is kind of annoying. Why not add Spotify? Good at keeping track of your health but locking features behind a paywall is also disgusting

Worked well for one year and then stopped working suddenly. Fitbit did not assist or make the process easier.

The watch works much better than the previous models I have owned. I like the fitness tracking application. The charging mechanism is much improved. The watch face selection is poor. To get a better one you need to purchase the premium package. The basic watch band really “Basic.” You need to purchase better bands. To early to judge durability of this watch but previous generations lasted about 2 years before they band mechanism gave out and wouldn’t accept new bands. Charging is much easier with the magnetic clasp. Comfort will improve when I get a better band.

Quit working after 2.5 months. The warranty process is very complicated and not worth it. Junk!

Will never buy another one again. Went in the pool for two min and now it wont work. Waste of money

fit bit is fine, the pick up process after ordering online was poor, they rang up 5 customers in front of me while i waited and waited to be rung up in the online pickup line, total joke, will not return to best buy based on my experience there

It looked like a good product but i cant remember why i did not like it. i think i took it back.

It's an okay watch, but very disappointed that my Fitbit 5 bands don't work with it like it said they would!

Does not accurately record my heart rate. Exercised this morning and bpm was down to 60 which is impossible.

I purchased from Best Buy to give business to brick and mortar retailers rather than on line with Amazon. The product was not suited to the recipient's needs and when I attempted to return was told it was past 15 days and I hadn't purchased a protective membership that would have extended the return to 60 days. Same product on Amazon would have a no hassle refund of 30 days. Future purchases won't be using Best Buy.
