If you haven't used the device for several months or your device’s battery was depleted to 0%, and it doesn’t appear to be charging, leave your device charging for at least 30 minutes to resolve the issue.

    Watch does not work properly. Watch does not link with Fitbit app. My 4th Fitbit first one that I have had problems with

    Product was crap, I ordered 2, both came with dead batteries incapable of charging. After calling, chatting with FitBit on both (not believing happened twice) returned.

    Device does not connect to WiFi. Seems like a common issue using a quick google search. Purchased as a birthday gift for my wife. By the time it was opened it is no longer returnable. Wouldn't recommend buying the device or buying it from best buy

      Hi there, MarkG. We’re sorry you're having problems with syncing on your Charge 6. A quick restart can normally solve these issues — here’s how to do that:

      To restart your Fitbit device:
      1. Locate the Settings app.
      2. Tap Settings, then Restart Device, then Restart.

      If your device is unresponsive:
      1. Plug in your device to charge.
      2. Press the button on the charger's flat end 3 times with 1-second pauses.
      3. Wait 10 seconds, or until the logo appears.

    Died after 2 months and will not charge or turn back on. Died while I was sleeping, was fine before I went to bed. Now will not charge. Total crap .... Do Not Reccommend

    Bad firat trasition on google apps. Maps works sort of but the wallet app does not and it seems like fitbit pay in disguise then yt music its only during workouts that allows you to control

    This Fitbit Charge 6 does not work. The battery does not last a day - my old Fitbit 5 lasted 4 -5 days!!

    It does what I expected and I would be be happy with it except for the battery. It doesn't even last a whole day. Very disappointing. Not sure if I will keep it.

    Requested a watch that showed blood pressure monitoring. Fitbit does not measure blood pressure. Clerk dud not know product capabilities.
