    Bad watch faces and broken ECG function

    Bought this instead of current Amazfit products because of better Heart Monitoring. Currently ECG is non-functional and apparently has been broken for a couple of months. Watch faces are poor, again not a new problem. Only found one which clearly showe clock, date and day of week. May hav to do and open box return.

      Hi there, WildBill. Sorry to hear you’re having problems with the ECG on the Charge 6 — we understand this is frustrating. A quick restart can help and get your device running optimally again:

      1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
      2. Tap the Settings app > Restart Device > Restart.

      If your device is unresponsive:
      1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
      2.Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

    Anyone on here claiming this is the “best” fitness tracker was clearly paid to save Google/FitBit’s name on this AWFUL device. I’ve had 4 FitBit devices over the last 10 years, most recently upgrading a Charge 4 that died after 18 months to a Charge 6. 1st Charge 6 ordered the week it was released completely died after 24 hours on the first charge. Got it replaced— took 2 months to replace, giving me no time to return the device. 2nd Charge 6 (replacement 1) kept losing connection with my iPhone. After months of complaining, they sent a second replacement. 3rd Charge 6 (replacement 2) - same exact issue. I went on the FitBit message boards to find tons of users with the same issue. FitBit/Google gave 1 solution that never worked and they refuse to address this issue any further. Ridiculous. Losing connection to your phone IS an issue… it doesn’t track sleep and O2 levels correctly when this happens and you lose the whole functionality of phone notifications— which is half the reason people prefer this device— simple fitness tracking and phone notifications, without needing a complex (and expensive) smart watch. A total waste of $150. If I wanted to just track my steps, I’d just use my phone.

    I bought the product for my boyfriend as a gift, but it can't be used after about 1 month. Fortunately, the best buy's return service is great!

    Its been a year sing I bought this. 2 major issues: After an update from fitibit from 2 months since I bought this, the device wont turn on and on reaching out to Fitbit, received a replacement yet a refurbished one. And that also has battery issues after 6 months of usage. I keep having skin issues on my wrist.. everyday I have to remove it and keep it for like 5-6 hours..

    I feel like all these amazing reviews are robots. I bought mine in November and it’s now April and I have been struggling to get it to charge. I’m having to tweak and place it very gently and it’s awful. I should have known when I had to factory reset it right out of the box to get it to set up. I spent hours reading over Fitbit forums trying to get it set up. I’m so disappointed in this watch. I’m switching back over to a versa. The charge was visually nice and comfortable though if you want to fight for your life charging it.

    After four phone calls to Fitbit for their brand new charge six product, they have no answers as to why the heart rate sensor does not work. They will not send me a new one. I am done with Fitbit and you should be too!

    Not Functional to this Date

    We have not been able to get it to sync with the app. There is data (calories) showing on the device that was input over eight months ago. It may be a device that was returned and sent back out as new. If we can’t get it to sync in the next few days we are returning it.

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
      2. Try to manually sync your Fitbit device
      3. Check your phone permissions

    WONT LAST MORE THAN A YEAR AND REPLACEMENTS WONT L

    After buying several fitbit devices that never lasted more than a year and most recently receiving 3 replacement devices that only lasted a few months, Fitbit is now telling me that they can only offer a 50% discount on a new device. I have been a customer for over a decade, purchasing several devices and accessories. I will never purchase a fitbit device or product ever again and i will be letting as many people know about my experience as i can.

    Not happy with BestBuy and Fitbit Charge 6

    I do not recommend Fitbit Charge 6. Charge 6 does not have altitude tracking for stair climbing like the Charge 4 does. I do not recommend purchasing from BestBuy - they have a 15 day return/exchange policy and they refused to let me exchange it for a different model after just 17 days. I will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.

    The exercise list can’t be customized wich makes it very difficult to use, so I had to return the item and go back to my charge 5
