Use it primarily as a pedometer and watch, and has additional features than I don’t use yet. I like variety of screens to choose from. Easy to read at a glance. Get buzzy vibration notifications when I get a text. Neat.

I am obsessed with tracking my steps and I love to map my walks on my phone. It has helped me to continue to be motivated to lose weight and keep it off. I walked between 100,000 and 140,000 steps a week.

Perfect for All Day wear

I prefer fitbit when compared to other watches as this are very easy to use and you can wear them while sleeping and you dint even notice it on yiur wrist and the ice on the cake is that it last around 7 days with a songle charger.

I wear it 24/7 except when I shower: awake &sleep!

The clock face is large enough for her to see and it's super easy for her to use to track her heart rate.
