It's difficult to get it to go into auto sleep mode, I followed instructions and set my sleep hours but it still lights up with movement during those hours.

Love the fitbit. Alway a winner for me. This is the 3rd one i have bought. I started with the 4.

Excellent watch battery life is the best I wear it everyday

This Charge 6 is an excellent choice to record steps, sleep scores, heart rate, etc. The display is very appealing and readable.

I think for doing minimal things such as tracking exercise and getting notifications this is great. I love how small and slim it is. But... you can't change the shortcut of the button or the order of the apps. At most you can uninstall apps to lessen the amount of swiping you need to do to get to the app you want. Probably works best for others but not what I need it to do.

I bought this as a gift for my mom after her first one stopped working . She loves it and loves the watch band .

It is easy barely noticable and very light. Does everything I wanted. Grear battery life too and nice app.

This was a gift for my daughter, that she requested. After her old one quit. She really likes the new one, better features!

This was a known open box product and was listed at excellent/like new condition. The Fitbit looked like new, had no major defects on the face and the band was in good shape. The battery life was terrible. It wouldn’t last more than 3 hours at a time on a 100% charge, also seemed to have issues with connecting to the iPhone. In the box, this Fitbit came with the watch face, charger, and one small/med band or the option to use the larger band. There were no original packaging contents, no receipts or any other materials. This was a major concern when we took the watch back to BestBuy for a return. I knew I was buying an open box product, but this watch was not able to maintain a consistent charge for more than a short time and it was obviously defective. When I came into the store with the exact packaging and contents I received, the sales person kept saying “it came like this?.. that’s very odd”.. “this is how you got it? You’re sure?”.. etc. I didn’t complain. I just explained I knew it was an open box purchase but the product doesn’t work and I wasn’t able to provide more than what it was shipped with. I was pretty embarrassed in this busy store by this person. I do not think I would ever choose this option for a purchase ever again, and I’m pretty disappointed in the sales people that worked in the store. I did exactly as directed online bringing the item into the store. So just be cautious if you think of the money saving option like refurbished or open box.

Ended up returning this due to the bands falling off while wearing it- it was an open-box item meant to be like new condition. I'm not sure if this was due to to low durability or due to an issue caused by the previous owner. it was great while I was able to use it but ended up going with a full-on smartwatch. it's great if you don't need or want the smartwatch features.

It is small enough to not get in the way of my dominant hand and it is a great fitness tracker.

Upgraded from a charge 3. To a charge 6, all features work perfectly. It is a joy to use this thing Only thing I can say( and this is not an issue with the device) is that if you have a nickel allergy, the charging contacts will cause a breakout. I resolved this issue by putting a piece of medical tape over top of the charging context while I'm wearing it
