This is your fitness tracker

It is a joy to use this thing Only thing I can say( and this is not an issue with the device) is that if you have a nickel allergy, the charging contacts will cause a breakout. I resolved this issue by putting a piece of medical tape over top of the charging context while I'm wearing it

Loving My Fitbit

As we know they are trying yo get fid of the fitbit, but I will be with it until the end.

I have increased my exercise by 25% and lost 5 lbs. in a month. You can track you food and water intake. It is great for a healthy lifestyle at any age, but especially if a senior.
