Open box stated "unused", but it was..

Was to be in "unused" condition. Had some scratches and dirt on it. So not unused. And thought would come in the original box with paperwork etc. Nope, came in a cardboard box, no paperwork, nothing except one half of the same color band (wasn't a extension band, so don't know why that was included) and the charging cord. That's it. So much for saving a few dollars. Wasn't really worth the savings. But watch functional so guess that what really matters.

If it would have universal control over audio and a beep/sound alert available it would make it a 5 star product and for the price i believe the $160 is too high but someone who gets it in a BF deal it is an absolute buy.

Nice Fitbit Watch

Getting it activated was very difficult though.i had to factory reset the watch before even getting it setup which seemed to be a common issue. I used the Fitbit community to figure out what to do. Once I got it setup it was smooth sailing. I like the features and the watch design.

Solid, but not exceptional

I had to upgrade from my Charge 5 because it suffered a battery issue that Fitbit refused to help with. It seems like Fitbit’s progress has slowed since Google bought them.

As a “seasoned” person I found it challenging to get it set up and running. Battery life is not stellar as indicated because I like face illuminated at all times.

When I first got it, there was a slight learning curve since it had more Google integration. It was not difficult at all though.
