A total disappointment

After soeaking to Fitbit customer service, the agent recommended i return for another device. I opted to return the device after being totaly frustrated with the Charge 6 performance after a day. My Charge 4 which i also purchased at Best Buy was a plug and go. This Charge 6 had an immediate battery drain of 25 % the first day and all settings that would have impacted the battery's device, were turned off. The Fitbit app was also not working at all and i was unable to customize the clockfaces. The screen wiuld hanh after selecting customize. I tried everything. Reinstalling the app three times. Restarting the device by a factory reset. Restarting the device with the charging cable. I spent my entire Sunday trying to get this device working properly, and i just had to stoo and say no more! My Charge 4 is still working so i am using it again but without the wrist band since it broke a few months back Needless to say i wanted a new device to wear on my wrist. I waited months for the Charge 6 and i was unlucky and got a dud.

Fit Bit

I soon realized there is no pleasing her and she could not get it to work. When she realized it needed a password, her head spun 360 degrees… and she projectile vomited… So I took it back. All in all, it was a good experience… Thank You..

Fitbit Charge 6

It would no longer hold a charge and the time was off by a minute. The replacement is just for the display itself, no new bands are provided.

Wrong metrics
