Know what you're buying
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DON'T GET IF YOU USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUTUBE MUSIC!!!! If you want to workout with music playing from Spotify or Apple music, know that you can not change the track from your watch. On the other hand, this might be a great fitness tracker, but i immediately returned it after finding out you can only control YouTube music with it, not any other kind of music player. Very disappointing. Especially since Google is known to be the open os platform yet they force you to pay for music services through them to get the full experience of this health tracker.

Roll the dice,it's only money, buy again next year
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fitbits blow. The predecessors and the Charge 5, 6 only last about a year until they stop working, or fitbit decides to brick them with an update. You can count on that. The app is meh and is ridiculously overpriced for premium data. They are however, the most comfortable to wear.

2 in a week- STAY AWAY!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolute crap. I've ordered 2 of these, both are broken and will not hold a charge. I've went online, youtube, google, and talked to 3 customer service representatives, HORRIBLE product, returning the 2nd tomorrow. Nobody can explain why this is happening, all of the plastic has been removed that they were shipped in. DON'T BUY! If you do make sure you get the warranty- you'll need it!

Charge 6 - Inaccurate step count
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for a friend as an upgrade to a sub $50 sport watch. The Charge 6 looks great, and has more features than the less expensive watch, but it is less accurate in counting steps. A 100 step test with the cheap watch returned a 100 step count. The Charge 6 test returned 112. We changed the dominant hand setting to dominant to lessen sensitivity and the test resulted in 92 counted. I own a Versa 3, which I've found to be quite accurate. They need to fix the Charge 6.

Posted .Hey there, Sergio. Sorry to hear you’re running into charging issues on the Charge 6 — that’s out of the ordinary. Here are things which may impact your device and some solutions:
1. The pins on the device or charging cable are dirty: Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable
2. The USB port or outlet is faulty: Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
3. The device isn't securely connected or you're using the wrong charging cable: Ensure the original charging cable is correctly and securely connected to your device.

Why call it a fitness tracker
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fitness tracker suppose to track your goals and progress. Once you hit you goal and set a new goal. Previous goals are gone and shows goals never met. Useless fitness tracker

Bad Fit Bit
||Posted . The sleeves come off; they don't hold up to a good workout, which is what it was designed for.

1. Turn over your tracker and find the band latches.
2. To release the latch, use your fingernail to press the flat button toward the band.
3. Gently pull the band away from the tracker to release it.
4. Repeat on the other side.
5. To attach a band, press it into the end of the tracker until you hear a click and it snaps into place.

Wouldn't pair with phone
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought my Fitbit in February 2024. In November 2024 it stopped pairing with my Samsung phone. Brought it to Best Buy Kenosha, they couldn't get it to work. The employee said that the product often doesn't last that long. Would not buy again.

DO NOT BUY FOR TEENS!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY FOR TEENS! Fitbit used to allow teens over 13 to have their own accounts but now that Google has acquired Fitbit the rules have changed. My 15 year old is apparently only allowed to use a Fitbit Ace. Spent the whole afternoon trying to make it work but it's just not possible.

Similar to many online services, our Terms of Service don't allow customers who are under the minimum age to create standard Fitbit accounts. The minimum age is 13 (customers in the EU may have different minimum age guidelines based on their country). Does not pair with iPhone 15 Pro Max
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Charge 6. Spent 2 hours trying to pair it with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Impossible to pair with an iPhone as it keeps aborting during connection. I returned it, and got a replacement Charge 6. Same problem and it never paired with my iPhone that works great with everything else. Returning this 2nd piece of crap device back to store tomorrow. It is not worth even the $99 black friday sale price.

Bad experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my Fitbit HR6 in February 2024 and it has already died. It was working one evening and the next day it was dead as a doornail. My husband called Best Buy and they said to call Fitbit cause it was past the piddly 15 days of their return/exchange policy. We won’t be heading back to purchase anything from Best Buy anytime soon.
