Inaccurate tracking

On days where I stay home all day, it will still say I walked 2-4 miles, and burned 3,000-4,000 calories, when I've actually been pretty stagnant.

Better sleep!

I purchased it because I thought I was having issues at night, but now I sleep so much better knowing it will alert me if there is a problem!

Tracker with more

It was very helpful to have driving directions on my wrist with no need to look away from the highway to check for the next turn on my phone!

Caught a health issue esrly

It gave me a heads up I might have an irregular heart rate issue, and I ended up at Dr, then ER, then a specialist. It’s possible it saved me from severe medical issues catching this early so it made a believer out of me.

Good Product for the money

It took a little bit to get used to the dial face. The battery life is longer than the Charge 4 so that is convenient.
