Great - when it's not dead

It tracks well when it's not on low battery. It's pretty much the same as the Charge 5, but the battery doesn't even last a day. I've tweaked every setting and even resorted to turning off my bluetooth to prevent constant syncing, but it keeps dying. I'm sad to say I'm switching brands. I can't deal with this anymore.

Hey there, DanielB. Sorry you’re running into battery issues on the Charge 6. The device should be able to go 7 days between charges — here are some tips to reduce battery consumption:

      1. Turn off always-on display
      2. Use phone GPS instead of built-in GPS
      3. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness

I finally upgraded from the older Charge 2 that I had for years and I'm very happy with this one. It tracks very well and I like the variety in watch faces. The band is also easier to put on than the silicon bands that came with the Charge 2. The only downside was that using the always on display used a huge amount of battery so I had to turn it off so I wouldn't have to charge the watch daily.

I have purchased this Fitbit 3 times. I am very rough on them. This one in particular is slow to charge and the battery has a the worst of all the Fitbit products I have bought over several years (I usually go through about 2 a year). I am very disappointed.

Compared to the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and 7, this band feels somewhat clunky in its functionality. Key features I miss include: - Nighttime wrist-gesture screen disable. - Dark mode in the mobile app: Essential for comfortable nighttime use. - Subpar battery life. - High price point: Seems overpriced considering the missing features. Furthermore, the band frequently notifies me about irrelevant custom notifications, which is quite irritating.
