This is my second watch because I thought the first one was defective so I exchanged it. It is very difficult to charge. The charger doesn’t work properly and at times it doesn’t work at all. It is beyond frustrating! I think I’m past the return date otherwise I would return it. I wish I did a more thorough research because this a major complaint and every complaint is valid. I am stuck with it and disappointed.

First fitbit so can't compare. No marks or stains, no usage issues

The newest tracker works well and gathers important information for fitness and health. The mindful exercises are well done. Great tracker for the money.

Only thing about this item is I reccommend buying an aftermarket strap because the original strap it comes with, makes my wrist peel.

Great purchase, I would highly recommend it. Get one if you don’t have one.

I love it. This counts my steps, monitors my sleep and my heart rate and tells me how often I exercise and of course the date and time. It looks great too.

I am enjoying my workout with the recording of my results.

This watch offers great tech options at a reasonable price.

Sleep tracking is good. Improved Heart Rate Tracking. GPS is stilll trash. New App UI is a mess and paywalling premium features sucks.

Gift for my wife. Works really well and sync's up well with her Android phone in the app.

Only downfall is that I have to use YT music & subscribe to it, to play music. I use spotify for my music & podcasts. Other than that I have no complaints.

It's amazing! My girlfriend love it, the only problem I see is that the screen is smaller than the actual band. The frames are a little big but overall it was ehat I was looking for.

Very comfortable watch, tracks health great, love the sleep tracking. The steps and distance however were off horribly! Not sure what happened with the steps/distance this was the first fitbit watch I had this trouble with

While i wouldnt call this a bad device, the battery life is not great. If i had the AOD feature turned on, my battery would only last two days. The maps integration is neat, though turn by turn notifications were always delayed and I would often get a buzz on the wrist when I was at or past a given turn. Music controls feel clumsy and require several taps to use. Google pay works, but requires a passcode which is also very awkward to input. It’s not a BAD device, but the execution is lacking.

Purchased my first fitbit in 2019. The charge 6 has been a pleasant surprise. Glad they updated the app with the percentages of battery life. Would buy again and highly recommend.

Love it. Only issue i had was it didnt alert me of my messages for a couple days. I fixed it though. Love the find my phone feature. Definitely recommend it.

My previous Fitbit (5) finally wore down and it was time tyo get a new one. Got tyhe Fitbit Charge 6 and I am very pleased. Great upgrade from 5.

really nice tracker. You can read it easily, even in sunlight.

Great product at a competitive price point. All the functionality from prior models with several new features to separate it from the competition. The O² monitor is a huge plus!

I like it. One thing I find alittle annoying is having to "start" an exercise mode to keep track of zone time and heart rate.
