I got the fitbit charge 6 with the off white band. Its malfunctioning less than 24 hours wearing it. The heart beat is way off. Last night it read my heartbeat in the highest cardio level while i was in bed relaxing. Im sitting now. Its giving me 90s to 100s reading. I manually checked my heartbeat. Its nowhere near those numbers. The counting steps didn't work either. It skipped steps. Im exchanging it. Hopefully, the new one will be ok.

Very difficult to set up and no instructions included. The instructions were online but I had to work hard to figure things out. I had a Versa prior to this and liked that one. I don’t recommend this one.

Already broke, have it for 3 weeks. This is the second one in 6 months

Won’t track sleep, step count is all over the place. Really, just ok.

Couldn't track my sleep. It did everything else as promoted. I like the easy to read screen.

Did not offer apps my wife wanted. Did not feel description Covered all additional needs.

Watch does not work properly. Watch does not link with Fitbit app. My 4th Fitbit first one that I have had problems with

Fitbit does not hold charge nearly as long as previos models.

Device does not connect to WiFi. Seems like a common issue using a quick google search. Purchased as a birthday gift for my wife. By the time it was opened it is no longer returnable. Wouldn't recommend buying the device or buying it from best buy

Purchased in late November. Started going wonky first of June (screen blackout, etc.) Waste of money.

It does what I expected and I would be be happy with it except for the battery. It doesn't even last a whole day. Very disappointing. Not sure if I will keep it.

Only gave a four star rating, because it didn't suit our purposes: We are older and due to a condition, my wife needed to monitor her heart during exercise so as to not overdo. She wanted something svelte & stylish and this fit the bill. It's a nice build, unobtrusive and fit well. However, after trying it, the only heart screen was too small for her to see during her routine. Though it wasn't for her, it is very nice and easy to use with a convenient smartphone app, especially for a younger person.

This is a great activity tracking device. It's easy to use and it's comfortable on the wrist. I have been wanting an activity tracker for several years now and finally decided to purchase this based on a co-worker's recommendation. I don't regret it at all. Seeing the steps, my heart rate, calories burned and distance covered motivate me more than I thought. Here's to moving!

The Fitbit is a good incentive to keep active during the day. It measures your steps as well as the level of exertion on activities. It monitors the quality of your sleep and the amount of sleep. With the premium services you can track several health markers, play music, watch gym classes, etc. it light and easy to wear, and the battery lasts a long time without needing recharge,

Other than initial pairing this watch has done a great job tracking all my steps and heart rate data would definitely buy for Christmas

Sleek design, great features. Band sizes a little wonkey but I made it work

Bought this for my mom. Made a great Mother's Day gift to help her keep track of her fitness goals. Battery seems to last well, tracking seems to be very accurate. The only downside is she has very small wrists and feels like the band could've been shorter overall as to not have so much extra on the back side of the wrist.

So far I love my new Fitbit Charge 6. I need to watch some areas closely and it is very accurate.

The product arrived in good condition, I still don't understand all of the views/features after reading the manual but I can do the basics just fine. I did notice that it reports my steps much higher than previous tracker.
