So far my Fitbit seems to work. There doesn’t seem to be any bugs. I’m still learning how to use it. Hopefully I will get better at using it.

Primary use is for tracking sleep and it seems to get the job done. On the downside, this is my 4th Fitbit. They appear to have a lifespan of just a little over three years

Great watch and does all kinds of tricks. It’s a Christmas present early and I have not used all the tricks, but it seems like a good unit.

This was a known open box product and was listed at excellent/like new condition. The Fitbit looked like new, had no major defects on the face and the band was in good shape. The battery life was terrible. It wouldn’t last more than 3 hours at a time on a 100% charge, also seemed to have issues with connecting to the iPhone. In the box, this Fitbit came with the watch face, charger, and one small/med band or the option to use the larger band. There were no original packaging contents, no receipts or any other materials. This was a major concern when we took the watch back to BestBuy for a return. I knew I was buying an open box product, but this watch was not able to maintain a consistent charge for more than a short time and it was obviously defective. When I came into the store with the exact packaging and contents I received, the sales person kept saying “it came like this?.. that’s very odd”.. “this is how you got it? You’re sure?”.. etc. I didn’t complain. I just explained I knew it was an open box purchase but the product doesn’t work and I wasn’t able to provide more than what it was shipped with. I was pretty embarrassed in this busy store by this person. I do not think I would ever choose this option for a purchase ever again, and I’m pretty disappointed in the sales people that worked in the store. I did exactly as directed online bringing the item into the store. So just be cautious if you think of the money saving option like refurbished or open box.

This is my 3rd fitbit. I like the added features so decided to purchase it. The sale was very good so it was a good time to buy.

It's difficult to get it to go into auto sleep mode, I followed instructions and set my sleep hours but it still lights up with movement during those hours.

Happy with this! Writing after using for more than 2 months. Everything works and the battery holds power for a week.

What i like about this device is how easy it is to forget about it and not realize you have it on

At first the directions little hard to figure out but after a while I got it but you got to figure out that this is my first fitbit and I'm 73 years old and if I can do it anyone should be able to do it too.

Love it! Super easy to use. Comfortably sized for my small wrists, but wasnt water proof, nor water resistant.

Those is definitely the best Fitbit I have ever owned. The battery life is even better than the Fitbit 5. Awesome!

Simple but does the job. Cute & efficient! I can keep track of my steps, heart rate and time. Love it.

I bought this as a gift for my mom after her first one stopped working . She loves it and loves the watch band .

Works well, but doesn't come near the listed 7 day battery life. With frugal battery settings about4-5 days.
