Sleep tracking not as accurate as before

I feel the hours recoded by Charge 6 are inaccurate. After having Fitbit on for over 4 years, I quickly noticed the sleep tracking in Charge 6 is somehow off. I wear the watch snug and as per recommendations. Not sure what to do now. I waited over a year for charge 6 as my charge 5 failed and I had my charge 4 on and waiting for charge 6. I like Fitbit but I am little disappointed.

Good step tracker. Bad sleep tracker.

GPS tracking is good. Was let down by it's poor sleep tracking which should be one of its best features. My Fitbit Luxe way better at sleep tracking.

Posted .Hi there, JonathanD. While we’re glad you initially enjoyed the Charge 6, we’re sorry to hear you’re running into problems over time — that should not be happening. A quick restart can help with this:
1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
2. Tap the Settings app > Restart Device > Restart.
If your device is unresponsive:
1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
2.Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
