Compared to the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and 7, this band feels somewhat clunky in its functionality. Key features I miss include: - Nighttime wrist-gesture screen disable. - Dark mode in the mobile app: Essential for comfortable nighttime use. - Subpar battery life. - High price point: Seems overpriced considering the missing features. Furthermore, the band frequently notifies me about irrelevant custom notifications, which is quite irritating.

I've had the Charge 4 for the last couple of years and decided to upgrade to the Charge 6 for the additional heart monitor functions. I primarily use this for low impact exercise (mainly walking and light jogging), but like that notifications are sent if normal health patterns are out of range.

I've had a few Charge 4's and this was a great upgrade! I really like the look of the face and the features are great.

As expected, Fitbit delivered another quality tracker. It's nearly identical to the Charge 5 with the addition of a button pn the side making it easier to navigate screens. The Charge 5 bands are interchangeable so i had plenty of options for choosing an elastic band.

This great. I can see my steps,miles, heart rate and much more.

A second charge 6 in the household works fine with my Pixel 3. This Charge 6 will not connect. Reason given is my cell phone is too old and I must upgrade my phone. I feel that the Best Buy rep who sold this to me should have caught this. Now I have a Charge 6 sitting on the shelf running down the warranty time clock until I can afford a new phone.

I really wanted to like this tracker, but it has been a disappointing experience. If you are an iPhone user, be aware that syncing data with Apple Health is a major pain. It requires third-party apps to make the Google and Apple ecosystems talk to each other, which is far from seamless. Additionally, the display functionality is frustrating. The screen often fails to activate when I turn my wrist, making it unreliable for a quick glance. To fix this, I tried using the Always-On Display, but it drains the battery far too quickly to be practical. Overall, it's not the best experience for the price. Unfortunately BestBuy did not help either by highlighting any of these issues, they simply said FitBit has an app on the iphone, and when i tried to return they have a 15 day policy that I missed by a few days, and the support team on Chat completely ghosted me for hours, Very disappointing experience with the device and the Support team
