Purchased "open box" item for a slight discount. Was to be in "unused" condition. Had some scratches and dirt on it. So not unused. And thought would come in the original box with paperwork etc. Nope, came in a cardboard box, no paperwork, nothing except one half of the same color band (wasn't a extension band, so don't know why that was included) and the charging cord. That's it. So much for saving a few dollars. Wasn't really worth the savings. But watch functional so guess that what really matters.

It has some glitches. For example at one point I had 9207 steps, now each morning it starts at 9207 steps on the screen but changes when I get 9208 steps. Also- the extra bands don’t fit and the band it comes with is uncomfortable.

One of the best purchases I have made in the last couple months. It seems very accurate from all the calculations I have made. Step counting could be a bit off but when you compare it to apple it’s similar. I’m a very simplistic person so it is perfect for me.

Helps me keep track of how many miles I walk in a day.

The BestBuy experience was perfect; convenient and super customer-friendly. The Fitbit itself is good but there are some shortcomings I didn’t expect (inaccurate reads and incomplete data). I would wholeheartedly recommend bestbuy but might suggest more product research.

I bought it as a gift for my husband, He loveds it.

I upgrade from a charge 2 so I am very impressed with this tracker. The only issue I have is it does not stay connected to Bluetooth all the time. Also it has ever been that good but the notifications are hit or miss at times but overall I would definitely recommend this tracker.

Works very well as a fitness tracker especially as a heart monitor.

Disapointed with recordings..no water read out, no automatic recording of steps on daily read out.

Overall it does what it says it does, however I believe the pedometer feature might be a bit too sensitive. I notice it’s counting things like piano playing and typing which are pretty sedentary activities. I have to remember to take it off when I’m practicing piano.

It’s a Google product now, so it doesn’t entirely connect to Apple products. That might be a problem for some users. But it does what it does and does it well. Hard to clean sometimes. But for the money I am willing to have it until the end of it’s life.

Works very well for my wife who is technologically challenged. She is able to do everything she needs with it, especially getting notifications of calls and texts.

Excellent tracking and notification system. Works well with my android phone and apps. Auto detects when I am in a workout and begins tracking immediately.

I have had Fitbit tracker for years and liked it very much, however since Google has taken over, it has gone downhill in my opinion. The biggest flaw is it loses Bluetooth connection multiple times daily. UGH! The sleep tracker section has changed how the sleep phases are presented. I much prefer the way the graph was displayed before. Why do people have to mess with what works? I will probably not get another Fitbit.

Have been wearing my Fitbit since purchased. Love it! It keeps track of everything I need to know and gives me reminders which is a great help.
