Imposible to unlock when finish swimming

Every time I swim, the watch locked and its impossible for me to get out when finish. Look like I need a hammer to get it unlock. Bad design!!!

To turn off the water lock, firmly double-tap the middle of the screen with your finger. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder. I’ve had older, cheaper Fitbits that worked better. This continuously drops off Bluetooth and the battery charge only lasts about 4 days.

Best Buy vs. Amazon

The product was not suited to the recipient's needs and when I attempted to return was told it was past 15 days and I hadn't purchased a protective membership that would have extended the return to 60 days. Same product on Amazon would have a no hassle refund of 30 days. Future purchases won't be using Best Buy.

Sinking ship of fitbit under google

Upgraded from charge 2, and impressed by the interface. however, Fitbit team (currently owned by Google) does not seem to provide enough software support on fitbit products. Experienced quite often bugs, such as data sync with the app and missing data. I am seeing a sinking ship of fitbit under Google.
