Customer Ratings & Reviews

Has worked well. Only improvement I could suggest is clearer language on the instructions.

Very nice unisex color. Great product. Would get it for my whole fam if I could afford it.

Works well. Good sync with phone and I pad. Great for friend comparison.

Don't think it is very accurate with sleep and sometimes the time freezes

Fitbit fitness watches are quite well known and they do the job advertised.

I loved my Fitbit...for 3 weeks. Then it stopped counting floors correctly. I have reset it several times, and it counts well for a few minutes then stops again. I contacted Best Buy, but they will not help because it is past their 15 day return deadline. So now I am stuck with a $150 dollar plastic bracelet. I bought this thing specifically for counting floors climbed (with the additional fun of HR tracking) as I am in a floor climbing competition and need a way to track and document my floors each day... now :( I'm outta luck. VERY disappointing!

It's amazing Love challenging my friends and co workers to help push me to be more active

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. We compete regularly and she loves to beat me.

Using the Fitbit Charge HR has motivated me to exercise more every day, and to keep moving throughout the day. A fun aspect of using the Fitbit is the opportunity to participate in daily steps challenges and various challenges offered from within the Fitbit app.

I kind of wish I would have waited until the new round of fitbits came out, but that is always the case. Anyways, this model works well for my needs in tracking steps and heartrate. Not an avid exerciser, but gives me general guidelines.

It says it's a large but fits tight. But it does everything as advertised.

I bought the charge hr after returning my surge Fitbit. Compared to the surge Fitbit, I found this product better in price and usage. With my surge you could read received texts, however you had to turn off the product to get the notification off. The charge hr was a better product for my lifestyle.

I bought two of these for my wife and daughter and they are very happy. Great product!!!!

This device is a must for any health conscious person

This is my third or fourth fitbit - after losing several of the smaller units (one, zip) and also the Microsoft Band (V1). Like this one the best by far, long battery life (I sometimes turn off the heartbeat monitor to save battery life).

Bought this device for my wife and she loves it. I'm going to be purchasing one for myself.

I had the UP and Fitbit in the past. I like the HR monitoring feature a lot.

I highly recommend the HR. Great tool for fitness goals!

I made this purchase for my daughter and she loves it. She is very happy with the product.

Love the unit, very comfortable. My only regret is that the Large size runs a little small.
