The item works well however sometimes it pops on and shows the time. Shortens the battery life. Much better though than the first generation of fitbit. Love the new band!

I bought this for my wife. I have the surge but she wanted the smaller HR. I like the HR better than the surge do to size. It keeps track of HR, and almost everything the surge does. Great item

My wife wanted this for use at work. She is a CNA and as such is constantly running around. She enjoys being able to track her daily activity, and have a functioning smart watch all in one.

I bought this product to use both as a workout aid and also to track my sleep. The diet planning and tracking is an awesome tool I didn't know I would use. I am very pleased with this item!

My Fitbit HR is what I have been looking for the last several years. I am more challenged. Everyday at the gym my friends and I compare results and I work against my own results but, I am also challenged by my gym buddies numbers. It provides stats for every category from exercise time to insight into sleep status. I don't use the steps and mileage however it is provided. Great product. I recommend the HR and the price it reasonable for the benefits of the HR.

I bought this on a FLASH sale - so it was a heck of a deal. I actually like the Best Buy only color (steel blue) better than the others. My husband wears this all the time - it is amazing how many calories, etc he burns in a day at work. The best feature is the sleep analyzer - sleep is so important for overall health - it is great to see if he has had a good night's sleep or not. Battery seems to last about 4 days - which seems good considering it is taking statistics all day long.

I was in the market for a smartwatch with a heart-rate monitor, but their battery lives were (are) pathetic. So instead, I picked up a Fitbit HR. It works great as a watch.

Wasn't sure it was all it claimed bro be , I was totally wrong . Amazing what it informs you about . Keeps you moving , and let's you know if you are moving around enough. 100% buy it again

This product works great. I really enjoy the HR feature. It really motivates me to try harder to reach my peak heart rate. I also like being able to set my stats from anywhere in the world.

I just love the everyday stats that it calculates, does everything that I need! Only thing is the batt does not last around 5 days more like 2, barely 3. However, I love it! Great purchase!

This thing is amazingly accurate, I counted my steps and it was within 1 step. I love the caller id feature on it!! I was a Nike fuel band owner prior to this and the Fitbit is so much better!!

There are issues with the FitBit reading the heart rate accurately. I am disappointed that it is not water resistant (although I did know that before purchasing it).

I love my fitbit. It keeps me moving! I find myself parking farther away and taking the longer route just to get the steps. My partner and I like to see who has the most steps daily and weekly.

I love using fitbit to keep track of my exercise and calories burned right at my fingertips. I can easily see how many steps I've taken and I feel like that motivates me to go even further.

Easy to wear, functional. Nice to be able to track food, weight, etc. Only drawback is that I wish it would communicate w/ other apps like "Mapmyfitness" for Heart rate.

This really works good to track your work out / steps. There are some things which cannot be tracked are like you are on treadmill and you are not moving your hand.

Works fine. Makes me want to exercise more. I would say the HR is inaccurate for sudden changes In HR, but if you're doing sustained exercise the HR is more accurate

Quick charging a plus, fairly accurate on steps tsken, lightweight, easy to read and setup on mobile app & computer. Wosh it was waterproof.
