I never thought something like this would keep me motivated but it does because it has a nice little app that works on your phone and keep you competing against your friends

My daughter wanted this to track her activities. It was an early xmas present and so far she loves it. It syncs with her computer and does everything she wanted it to do.

I love this version! Have had the flex before but love the ability to see real numbers and HR. Phone caller ID helps when I am in meetings and can avoid looking at my phone.

I don't know how I lived without it. Vital part of my fitness plan now. It keeps me aware in real time. The charge doesn't last 5 days like they say but not a big deal.

We purchased three Fitbit Charge HRs and have been using them consistently for more than a month. Motivation is great and we have all reaped rewards from the competition. :)

Can be set to vibrate which is huge. Battery life is about five days before next recharge. Counts paces and stair steps. Heart rate monitor tells you if you have expired.

I love the Fitbit HR! It helps me monitor my sleep. It keeps me aware of my activity levels during the day. It reminds me when I should take a walk, or just get moving!

Fast, friendly service. The Fitbit works awesome. Love being able to keep up with my steps. It's amazing how many steps a day I take. Should come out with a Fitbit for kids.

A present for technophobe Mom--she LOVES it. No problems learning to use it, and it looks like it will make a big improvement to her physical activity. Money well spent.

I got used to the Samsung Galaxy Gear Fit...which sent me my text and phone call notifications to my hand to alert me...thought this one had both...but it didn't so back it went. If it did though I totally would've kept I liked it's form factor size on my arm. If you don't need Text notifications...and ok with only call notifications...then would recommend this one for you - although to be honest...I couldn't get the call notifications to work...but once I found out no text notifications I didn't even continue to try to make it work - took it back for the Surge.

Great product, really motivates you to get up and start moving! The wrist band can get some what uncomfortable so make she you get the proper size.

I had the Fitbit Flex first and move up to the Charge HR, only drawback is that it seems to need to be charged more often. Other than that, it's awesome

Good tracking device for normal activity, it include sleep monitor. The aps is easy to view and also send weekly update email if you select it to be.

It's not any different then wearing a watch- I have liked the silent alarm and leaning how to read my own heart rate and reflecting on the actual reading

I got the fitbit charge hr for my wife and she loves it. From tracking her steps to giving a breakdown of her sleeping habits, this little guy is definitely worth the purchase

This product has changed my daily routine. I use it everyday and my favorite feature would have to be the sleep tracker. Overall, I would recommend to any active person.

I check my sleep record every morning. The Charge HD does not differentiate restless from awake. There for it gives me a low rate of sleep and usually shows a shorter bed time then what I actually spend in bed. What it does show is fairly accurate. I have checked my heart rate against what it says and found it to be quite accurate. I have not made much use of it's encouragements, ie walk more, exercise more, eat better, but that encouragement is there.

Keeps track of steps taken, heart rate, stairs climbed. if you get an account with them they send weekly summary reports to you.

I am not even sure what all this thing does but I love what I do know. I am active but it is great that I can keep up with my non structured exercise.

I bought this Fit Bit for husband who needed something that would track his heart rate as he has A fib. This has been perfect for that and has given him freedom of mind.
