It's good for keeping track of steps and calories burned. If you want to spend the time inputting your food to the app on phone, then you can see calorie intake. Keeping track of your sleep is interesting. I was looking for just a step tracker but my husband researched and thought this would be a good fit for me. He is always thinking of me!

I HAVE HAD THE ORIGINAL FITBIT TRACKER FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS, AND DECIDED TO UPGRADE TO THE CHARGE HR FOR THE ADDED HEART RATE MONITOR. WORKS FINE FOR MY NEEDS.

I really like this because I can always determine my heart rate and logs data. I also purchased the scale and it helps just keep up with my schedule and goals.

This heart rate monitor is as good as strap type ones I have used in the past. Also as an occasional insomniac I really appreciate its sleep monitoring function.

its a great source to track your steps I just don't like the green light it emits constantly.

Our unconventional use of this Fitbit may speak to some. We bought this for our daughter with a few things in mind. She tracks her physical activity with it, but as a person with Sleep Apnea and SVT, she also tracks how restful her sleep was and tracks her heart rate. When you are feeling "off" it's comforting to be able to put a "feeling" with a number, and helpful for her docs.

I am very pleased with my Fitbit Charge HR. It helps me set goals for myself. I am also able to connect with friends to motivate me to be more active. I don't think it gives me an actual accurate count of my steps but it does Monitor that I am moving. It's odd but, my favorite gague is that it tracks my sleep. Nice to know your pulse rate.

I love my Fitbit but am having problems with the syncing to a phone. I do love the features and am looking into the syncing problems.
