At first I was a little skeptical about purchasing the Fitbit HR but I had to buy something for my walking fitness class. To my surprise I have had it for almost a month and I am almost infatuated with it and the services you can use on the downloadable app for your phone. It stays charged for almost 3 days and that's using it a lot. You can track your length of fitness miles and HR. It also acts as a watch which you can change the interface around in your phone and vibrates if you get a call and shows who is calling you. Extremely impressed and satisfied.

This product is a great product however fitbit claims that battery will last 5-7 days I have to recharge my device every 4 days.

The Charge HR is wonderful! Since switching I've noticed an increase in my work out regimen and a decrease in my overall body weight. Highly recommend!

It does count great. Love that i can challenge friends. Keeps me moving. Stays on also.

I had a Fitbit Flex and upgraded to the Charge HR, it is far more accurate and well worth the additional money

The Fitbit Charge - HR has a lot of positives. It's comfortable to wear, the buckle keeps the device well secured on my wrist and it's easy to read and scroll through the various fitness metrics, set in any order you want through the app. (You can also compare your results with friends who connect with you through the same app.) I've never used a competing product but I'd guess that none is perfect. The drawbacks on this one are that it's not waterproof at all and, though I've verified the heart rate accuracy vs. my running watch, I find that the number of steps are approximate at best. That's ok, though, because it does get me going if I'm going to fall short of my 10K step daily goal. I like the alarm feature (multiple alarms allowed) but one thing I'd like to see is a confirming vibration not just when I hit my daily step goal but also each time I hit multiples of that goal. A final comment: my first device failed but Fitbit customer service supplied me with a replacement at no charge. They troubleshot the device and agreed it wasn't working right and offered the replacement on the spot. Pretty good support that you don't find everywhere!

Comfortable, sporty looking, and delivers most of what's promised. Only wish the web interface were a little more friendly to use.
