    It works as expected. The HR fitness tracks your sleep patterns and the distance you run. What I dont like is the green light that monitors your heart as it is bright at night. Besides that this is one of the better fitness trackers out there

    Considering it is the only electronic device I have purchased for my wife that she actually uses it must be pretty good! The heart rate monitor is not so accurate. But everything else seems to work good. Charge lasts about 4 days and it takes about 2 hrs to charge. Comfortable and syncs easily with the iPhone Flex App. ( I didn't buy the iPhone for her so that does not count).
