I was in Best Buy with an elderly woman that has Alzheimer's. Chance and Carlos were not only kind and patient when she spoke what would be nonsense to them but they even interacted with her which made her feel special for the moment. It warmed my heart that these two young men saw what was truly important in life. And...I love my fitbit surge. Thanks guys

Wow! I really love my Fitbit! It's a great tool to keep you accountable and motivated. Our group of friends all have them so we challenge each other daily which keeps you from being so sedentary. The HR monitor works well and I've compared it to my chest strap monitor when working out.

Easy to set up and sync. Measure of time asleep is not accurate.

My girl purchased this and I purcharshed the fit bit surge..we've been impressed with the product and purchased one for her parents for Christmas..theyre both 71..they both love it..they initially had a step counter on their phones but loved the idea of having to store it in their golf bags while on the course.they also use it during other activities

Bought this because a couple friends said they liked it. Works great for what I do at the gym. I like the hr feature so I know if I'm in my peak cardio range. Only knock had to be charged every 3 days

This is my fifth Fitbit Charge HR; the other four all failed to charge after approx 9 months. I keep buying these because I don't like the alternatives and the Fitbit app can't be beat. But please be aware that these devices are NOT moisture proof (ie, beware sweat can cause it to fail), and care is needed when cleaning it. Lastly, the charging port on the device is a tight fit with the charger, so if you are not careful when removing it, you can pull the back plate off. If you are a casual user, it will probably be fine, but for heavy exercisers, use with caution.

Never had a problem. Would love for the price to be a bit less.

This band is really sleek and looks great, but it is iffy on the HR accuracy and step counting. If you are very active and do high intensity workouts you will notice that the band can't keep up very well and will lowball your HR. This definitely does the job of being an activity monitor though and I would recommend it!
